Well I made my elderberry syrup and it is a success. For under $10 i was ablle to make around 40 ounces. Buying it in the store would cost over $40.

I just finished off my 2nd bottle of elderberry syrup. It is part of my program to boost my immune system. This syrup I bought at a craft fair but is now being sold at Troyer’s Market in Millersburg and I think is around $15 a bottle. You only take 1 tablespoon a day so it lasts awhile. I am doing the 12:12 originally I was going to do 16:8 but after research people lost the same on the 12 as the 16 because it was easier to stay on track.
