Feeding sourdough starter! Make sure your lid is on at an angle or you have hole in the lid. The starter has to be able to breathe!

I have a sourdough starter and recipe that is amazing for rolls and bread!!! It is over 40 years old and from West Virginia! If you would like some of the starter please let me know!

I love sour dough rolls. I’m afraid I’d screw it up. Is the recipe easy to follow?-
Yes it is very easy. You will have to feed the starter warm water, sugar and potato flakes once a week to keep it alive though!
