I just finished off my 2nd bottle of elderberry syrup. It is part of my program to boost my immune system. This syrup I bought at a craft fair but is now being sold at Troyer’s Market in Millersburg and I think is around $15 a bottle. You only take 1 tablespoon a day so it lasts awhile. I’m trying the regrowth method for this stalk of romaine lettuce. It won’t fully regrow to the size it was, but in 12 to 15 days I’ll have enough lettuce for a small salad or for sandwiches. How cool is it to get more bang for your buck?!

Feeding sourdough starter! Make sure your lid is on at an angle or you have hole in the lid. The starter has to be able to breathe!
